Love Bug
A few weeks ago I posted a picture on my regular blog's Sunday Picture Post showing the front end of our Camry totally encrusted with love bugs.
Today's Love Bug is much prettier, more colorful, and much more benign than the pest type love bug.
This was in a parking lot at Sebastian Inlet State Park one day. I had to stop for a few photos of it.
Lovely Wife has always wanted herself a lime green VW Beetle, even from way back when the original ones were being made.
I also posted a couple of photos at the very bottom of my other blog's post today. If y'all care to see them.

Now that's a bug I can like. I usually don't like pink on cars but this one works.
That bring back memories - I had a bug, dark green! Loved that car! I cried when I had to sell it because we moved out of state...If I remember correctly I sold it for the same amount I bought it for 3 years earlier - they just held their value.
What a cute love bug! I've never seen one like that before. I've always loved the VW beetles.
Hi John,

Be both are nominated by Julie, so I wanted to see 'who you are' Nce black&white shots, also the heart-car, when you drive with that.... what would happen? I just wonder... You know the answer .

Cute...A true Love Bug. I would take a picture if I had seen it too.
Well, it's not how I'd paint my Bug (if I had one), but it's an interesting variation on the Love Bug theme! Good detail shots!
Looks like it's keeping the beetle tradition of having a crazy paint job.
